I started working as a Customer Service Representative form different companies. I have a lot of experience when it comes to handling inbound as well as outbound call. I have been working as a Customer Service Representative for about three years now. I've handled different accounts like Collections and Sales Department. I've also had an experience being an Online Teacher of English language to Koreans. I can say that I've learned a lot from those companies because with my hard work and perseverance I was able to improve a lot of my abilities and skills which I think will really serve as an edge for me to help for the growth of the next company I will work with. I don't see any reason for your company not to hire me because I am a very hard working person. I take commands professionally, I do my responsibilities and I work with people with confidence. Having those experiences will be a big help for me to improve more, I am very much willing to undergo training for some areas to improve. I don't have any attendance issue, so I can guarantee you that I will do my job very well.
