Animation video for a product explanation

Few questions: - In what video format (flv,mp4,wmv,...) and resolution (W x H) do you need your final video ? - How long the video should be ? - What files (text/script, voice over, images,...) for the project, can you provide ? - What kind of videos do you like ?
