As far as concert animations are concerned, It's about creating background graphics that enhance the band, not take the focus away from it. Any production is a tapestry, and the graphics like everything else should blend into a cohesive show. I do music video work, as well as after effects animation work, and 3d. I am also well versed as a feature film director, and have my own suite with THX certified davinci system. I can provide UHD if necessary, and work fast, hand in hand with the client to get their needs met...even online. My methodology on this project would be this. I would like an outline of the show first, along with any visionary ideas that already exist in the mind of the client. i.e. Is there a certain emotion attached? intense, rough, happy.. and are the graphics involved song specific? for example, are you looking for random patterns waving in certain colors? or are you looking for specific animations of words, text or items that denote each song playing. Either are possible. Planning is essential to make sure that not only the graphic animations are right, but the delivery method is as well. What type of projection is used?
