Please note that my timeline is lengthier this is to give the necessary time allowing for administrative tasks and final checks to ensure quality, most of my competition does NOT do this. If it is quality of work and attention to fine detail you seek look no further. I've viewed the uploaded zip, I can use my AutoCAD Suites to make you professional quality floor plans from your scanned data and in addition provide 3D models from you OBJ file in a multitude of other formats. In addition to photo realistic rendering my capabilities also include using Autodesk showcase and 3DS MAX to provide a virtual walk through if needed as well.
