As a mechanical engineer with over 15 years of experience in modeling, prototyping and effective manufacturing of different products, devices and systems, I consider to be the right choise for your project. What you need is a foldable and stackable tray which to be lightweight, resistant, easy (cheap) to manufacture and to have places for branding (this is very important!!) As you see I get your idea, and with some more info/details from you, I'll do it. What I'll deliver: 3D model in different file format (iges, stl - for 3D printing, obj - to embed the model into website), 3D pdf - to open/see the model with regular Acrobat Reader, execution drawings and specs.
