I am a 3D designer mostly do 3D mechanical systems but I also do floor plans. I have access to Autocad Revit which is the 3D software used for your floor plan. I would like more specific information such as what do you want to get out of the 3D model? Would you just like the plan drawn as you show or would you like more to be put on it like renderings? I am assuming you would like the plan in 3D so your interior designer can use their software to do their job. I will start on your project ASAP and you will have it back by the end of the weekend. If you sign into the Upwork freelancer site which is a parent company of this one you will see all my other work. I usually freelance off of that job site and heard about their brother site which is how I came across your post. In my professional career I am an MEP building systems designed and we work closely with architects and other engineers to do residential and commercial designs. So drawing your floor plan in 3D will be a quick and easy job but I can give you more specific information about it if you share the drawing with me.
