Aluminum Banksy-style Stencil CAD Conversion

Hi mate, I can certainly help out here, a quick google has shown me the type of images that need to be put into the stencils, is there a need for 3d rendering? If the images are supplied, it is just getting them accurately onto a foldable aluminium stencil. An interesting project. I can start today and with the images supplied, I can replicate the detail accurately and work within the limitations of the hinged aluminium to achieve the best possible result. I can get to this immediately and would like to have a go just because it is something a little different and creative compared to my usual job as a structural drafter. Edit- Still keen mate, I have the concept in my head, I'm thinking look at it like a photo negative and be aware that there cannot be any "floating" items everything must be attached and solid enough to withstand packing up and moving. I see your hinge idea, I think that a continuous hinge may prove troublesome after a while, the shaft? always ends up poking out and getting bent etc. I have an idea about the hinges to keep the image clean. EDIT- I have just scored a few big jobs and if you wanted me to do this i'h have to put it off for a week or so, sorry mate. good luck

G'day mate, I am not only able to design a 2d file for you to have cut but also run it through my local software to get bending files and also files to be cut on lasers and loaded into press brakes. On the website you have requested to be used it says you can upload cad files so can use inventor to draw your parts. Shaun
