Do some 3D Modelling

Hello and thank you for your interest in my project. I need a 3d model of my home plans and at least one rendering of the exterior front. To start, I'd like at least a basic 3d model of the whole house exterior and one photorealistic rendering of the front exterior facade. Expect me to make one or two small edits to the rendering. Driveway is gray gravel Place a couple of evergreen trees in front of the blank stucco walls. In addition to jpgs or pdfs, files should be delivered in original format (3Ds, Sketchup, etc) Please provide the following with your proposal: 1. Estimated number of hours to provide 3d model and first draft of one rendering. Expect a couple of minor edits before delivery of final draft. 2. Estimated start and delivery of first draft. 3. I will most likely order more renderings. Please provide cost for additional renders of exterior and/or interior. 4. An example or two from your portfolio of the quality I can expect.
