I require a 3D model of a part to be injection moulded in nylon 30% glass filled The model is very simple being a 75mm semi circle 12 mm thick with a 6mm thick flange around the circumfrance,five counter sunk holes 10 mm in from flange radiating around flanged edge,the under side will be hollowed out to a skeletal frame work

I understood the concept clearly. it can be used as a seal . i will just clear this work in an hour. i will make the model in two parts and i will assemble it. and just explain the hole placement only.
