to make it more simple you most provide the format you need for output and the poly budget. Aldo you must specify if you want the car/vehicle rigged for animation. please provide more details. I am usually modelling assets for games, so i think i can help you with this. Is only 1 car / model ? or you want more vehicles ? also who is going to implement into the engine this assets ? Can model both high quality and low quality for you to choose from. The difference is that the high quality will have a big impact on frame rates. The low quality will not look as good but you will have no problem running the game with good fps.
