Change 2 Perl Scripts to Make Form Fields Mobile Friendly

I need 2 perl scripts that were written several years ago modified so that the shopping cart screens containing tables, buttons, text fields are made Mobile Responsive and look good on all current devices like iPhone, iPad, Android, etc. You have to use the Bootstrap classes to make the shopping cart elements responsive because that is what I use for all my product pages. I already have JQuery and Bootstrap classes included in the sample test pages and it's using Bootstrap v3.1.1 as shown below... <script type="text/javascript" src="[login to view URL]"></script> <script type="text/javascript" src="bootstrap/js/[login to view URL]"></script> The perl scripts serve 2 merchants defined in all of my product pages as a hidden field like below... <input type="hidden" name="merchant" value="selfdefensegearco"> and <input type="hidden" name="merchant" value="spygearco"> I have attached the 2 perl scripts along with screen shots of what the various shopping cart screens look like. Although the screens are for the merchant selfdefensegearco, they are the same screens with a little different colors and text for the merchant spygearco.
