We need an animator for graphic animation in html5 canvas

Dear freelancers, we are looking for an expert in Adobe Animate CC (formerly flash professional) and also for After Effect, Premiere for the realization of some animations in HTML5 Canvas. This is not a single project but a relationship that will become a long-term collaboration. In the first project we require the creation of animations lasting 3 to 7 seconds of sporting actions (ball bouncing, ball thrown, short animation) with svg content and descriptions with PSD and AI provided by our designers (team work). Together with svg or scenes we will also describe what we need to animate. The freelancer will also use one of our task managers and will be supported by the team. The English language is required and the Italian ones will be more considered. The animations will be very related to the sports environment, so if you have a basic knowledge of the sport is better.
