1- redesign for wide age group & 2- simple cartoon animation & 3- videography

i seek local Singapore based talent in redesign site concept for young to elder age group, relaxing view to simplify a subject intensive site. I want simple cartoon animation to help clarify subject I want decent videography for Live and on site videos to be posted on the portal, highlighting related topics. The rationale is to save on the time quantum. I can personally do all these myself, however the time quantum is not feasible as I have other pressing responsibilities in a bigger community. The approach is multi pronged and not closed ended to just hire services and forget. I have sought organic ways to seek talent, but i want to leverage on outreach to find talented and ethical persons who may also share the same vision apart from helping with the development. I am also advocating Ethics and Open management.
