Looking for a 2, part-time virtual assistants to help me in ALL my daily office functions. We run 2 businesses. One is an interpreting and translation agency and the other is that we are starting a web design agency. Looking for someone who has a wide array of office skills as well as customer service and organizational skills. This person will be responsible for answering all of our calls, scheduling assignments, following up with clients and staff, as well as posting to and monitoring our social media, making outbound sales calls, answering inbound sales calls about our products and services and other duties as assigned. Our preferred candidate would have at least 2 years VA experience, EXCELLENT written and spoken English, an outgoing personality and STRONG leadership skills in order to identify problems and fix them before they become an issue. Mostly - we are not looking for someone to just perform tasks. We are looking for someone to become part of our family and someone who wants to help us grow our business. Must be assertive, persistent, and have a good sense of HUMOR. Hours are Monday-Friday CENTRAL-STANDARD TIME ONLY. 8:00AM-12:30 and 12:30-5:00PM. * Occasional follow ups needed on weekends but very seldom. *Sorry, but no newbies, please. *Sorry, we will not consider one person for both shifts.
