Cover Realization(repost)

I need to realize a cover for a book.? The cover must be saved at 300 dpi in pdf. The main title should be EASY TO READ also in the small jpg (see below), and any cover illustration should have something to do with the book topic. You can opt for a few colors with crisp titles and subtitles or a single hand-drawn graphic. Simple and clean beats busy and complicated every time.
