DVD Menu required

We'll need a set of 3 menu for a Musical DVD: main menu, chapter menu and extra menu. The final product will be 3 Photoshop files with layers. We'll add highlights and animation later. The **work will be assigned to the best sample main menu we'll receive**. Please send us one or more JPEG low quality files when bidding. If? you want, put a "DEMO" watermark on it, but please allow us to clearily see the menu. Check our feedbacks. If we'll like your sample you'll be the winner. If you don't want to send us a sample menu, send us a sample of at least 3 DVD menu you made in the past, but if choosen we'll need a couple of sample main menu for our DVD in 24 hours. If you'll use any stock image it must be totally free of distribution restrictions. You can use some kind of template if you want, but put some of our images in the page (see the attached file). We'll not choose your work if we already have seen the template elsewhere. See the attached file for all the specifications, for some images to use inside the menu, and for some samples of other DVD we did in the past. The quality of your work should be the same. About the cost: keep in mind that the samples you'll see were made in less than 1 hour each.
