100 Permanent PR4+ 1-way links for travel site

IMPORTANT:::::: Let's not waste each others time! We are looking for 100 PR 4+ PERMANENT one way links for a Bulgarian Travel Website. Please ONLY bid if you understand and are able to complete this project. All links must.......... - Link pages must be related to travel - All websites must be in English - Sites must be live. - Link Page should be navigated to from the sites homepage. - Links must be in 3 different text combinations, which I will provide. - Links must be listed/indexed on a minimum PR4+ or more page the home page PR rank is not important unless our link is on it. - No link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites I also don't prefer directories. - One link per IP/domain - Site you will get our link's from should in total not have more than 10-15 links per page - Link pages must be static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.).- Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag - No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. - All links should be free and not paid links. - No sites that look unserious and can lose their PR. - All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", [login to view URL] blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc. - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable - One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted - Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days) - Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script. - No text on the website that mentions the links are paid links. - You will provide in excel/csv format the Site Url, link Url, the IP Address, Google ranking and country of each site you have added a link to - We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead - We must review your sites first, quality is important, only once satisfied payment will be made. 50% of the Payment will be made via paypal/GAF after all 100 links have been placed and verified. The remaining 50% of payment will be made by paypal/GAF only after the links have been cached by Google. IMPORTANT:::::: We are looking for exactly as stated above - Please only place a bid if your have read and understood the requirements in FULL. So that I know you have read and understood please confirm in your PM, that the links provided by you will be from "Bulgarian travel related sites with a PR4+". We are also not interested in you submitting to 1000's of directories on the basis that there may be a few pr4 sites included. Thanks serious bidders.
