Harden a Linux box --RUSH

Hello, Our old server crashed and I need a Linux sys admin to: 1. ensure that the new box is fully secure and updated with latest patches/updates. 2. ensure that all files are correctly migrated from the old corrupted HD to the new one. (If not then fix them) 3. Install appropriate software firewall and monitoring software on the new server 4. Install performance monitoring software on the new server 5. Check and tweak the performance of Mysql on the new server 6. recommend/Install VPN software on the new server 7. Fully harden the new server 8. Create appropriate documentation of processes for monitoring/improving performance of the new server 9. Install appropriate security measures and email alerts, munin, etc. 10. Fully document various processes and provide documentations on the steps above 11. Ensure all logs are created for all the processes and stored in proper place 12. Ensure all accounts/ directories/etc previously installed on the old HD/server are migrated properly 13. There were two domains hosted on this server. You must also ensure that appropriate ips are mapped to appropriate domains This is a rush project so please ask your questions today. I most probably will award this by tomorrow or the day after. The install is CentOS 64bits cPanel+Fantastico+XController+WHM Also please let me know how long you will take to do this Thanks
