132710 Flash Banner

For my website i need a new flashbanner. My sites all run the same kind of banners en i need now a new one. Attached is an excisting banner in [login to view URL]: [login to view URL] Also included is an image which needs to be the new banner: What i need is a banner like the added swf, but only take the text of the old one so [login to view URL] and place it with nice colors on the new one. So make the image an flash banner from 800*100 with the text Twente and the rolling part the rest.. Make it clickable to [login to view URL] in the same window.
