Fix some issues with Joomla website

Re. SHIPMENT FEE: For my website ([login to view URL]), the virtumart shopping cart needs to be fixed by having custom CSS code or plugin installed for the SHIPMENT FEE to be selected from a list of 80 amounts (to appear in the drop down menu already in shopping cart now) The amounts must be: $20, 40, 60, 80, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200, 225, .......$1950, $1975 , $2000. The tax column should display the correct amount based on various tax % rate (various rates based on the province selected in the billing section of the cart). Note: I want the tax for the selected shipment fee line to have the same type of taxation role as the product lines' tax. Finally make sure all entries in the shopping cart are correct and display correctly. 2. SIMPLE CSS CHANGES: Make CSS code changes to make Listing pages, product pages and Sales category display in better layout, such as shaded colors for the board boxes around each product, colors for the "Add to Cart" button, and layout is more attractive. 3. EXCEL DATA IMPORT/EXPORT: Install Plugin or module to allow for excel file importing for product data into the site directly. I can buy CSVI Pro (I did before for the older version of Joomla the site was running before), or higher bid price will be awarded if you confirm you can do the importing without the need to buy an expensive plugin module. 4. Make sure all pages you modified are loading up fast. Overall performance of entire site pages should not be impacted by the work you're doing. This project must be completed by Thursday (i.e. 3 days at the latest). Price should be between $100 to $250.
