Picture Posting website similar to failblog.org

I am looking to create a website similar to (PM me for the links). Site should have a clean look like [login to view URL] A clean and simple website I like is [login to view URL] Requirements: 1. Must be able to put relevant ads on the sides of the page (so we can pay for bandwidth) 2. Facebook like button on each photo along with a twitter link and a stumbleupon link. 3. People must be able to vote on photos within categories we choose 4. There must be a comment section under the photos visible at all times 5. navigation through the pictures will be one picture at a time with a left and right arrow on each side of the picture to cycle through 6. Users must be able to easily upload photos by simply providing an email and uploading. They need not log in. They will upload, select a category for the picture, and select if they want to be notified if someone makes a comment or votes on their photo.
