Add Email Script to Header Image And Fix Some Items

Hello, I am looking for a freelancer to do a couple of things to my WordPress blog. I have a theme that was worked on by a designer, and it is currently not active, and he forgot to finish some items for me so I am looking for you to fix it. My budget is $30. First, the theme has a designated area in the header for email capture, however the designer did not add the Aweber script to it, so its basically just an image. I need it to work where visitors can submit their info. Second, I need a redirect setup. My website is [login to view URL] and I want all traffic from [login to view URL] to redirect to the blog. Third, when I previewed the theme, the paragraph spacing seemed very close. It made all the paragraphs look like one long story. I want the spacing to be more prominent or give me your opinion. Fourth, all my articles on the blog are in full display mode. I want you to add the "read more" button or link so the articles displayed are just previewed. Those are all the tasks I need to be completed. The theme in question has not been activated and more information will be given to get the process started. Any suggestions for other items will be appreciated, please let me know of any other ideas for the presentation. Thanks Can you help me?
