MySql Query for wpdatatables and radar chart engine

hi, i need a mysql query to build a wpdatatables table that then i'll use as base for radar chart engine (wpdatatables engine [login to view URL]). My logged user submit a formidable form with: - three numerical field: NameField1, NameField2, NameField3, NameField4. Each of them can have a range value from 0 to 100. - an hide text field that save the current logged user id - a data field with the date of submit. I need that the query (and then the table) dinamically display values only for the logged user. Moreover the radar chart to work need that the table must be like this: LabelsForNameFields, ValueFields2018, ValueFields2019, .... (based on entries) NameField1, 99, 87, ... NameField2, 98,55, ... NameField3, 37, 56, ... NameField4, 14, 37, ... Formidable form database schema Link: [login to view URL] I tested this addon: Formidable Forms integration for wpDataTables but isn't useful because it creates only this type of table: Data,NameField1, NameField2, NameField3, NameField4 10/10/2018, 99,98,37,14 10/10/2019,87,55,56,37 .... Radar Chart can't work with this type of table.
