I want someone to help me with some functionality in my current website. We are a subscription flower delivery company called The Flower Project. At the moment subscribers can log in to their page at the back of the website and pause their subscription. We need them to put in a return date as open ended subscriptions are not something we offer any longer. I want subscribers to be able to update their credit card details at the back of the website with their log in. I want the website to ask the subscriber, when they cancel their subscription, what their reason for cancelling is. We currently ask them manually via email after they cancel and this is proving to be very time consuming. Thanks
