I need my website re-configured. Hi We have an online ecommerce store running on magento hosted by site ground Pay pal have required we become pci compliant. They informed we have 7 days to present them with a trustwave certificate or we can no longer accept payments on our site. We are using pay pal payments pro as the only payment methods. I have tried to get the certificate pay pal require from trust wave, to do this you have to fill in a questionnaire and have a scan of your site. The scan has failed due to some error I do not understand, and also there is a couple of questions on the questionnaire I do not understand. Summary We need a valid site ground certificate in order to be able to keep taking payments via pay pal on our magento store.
