In this case, captcha is not enough. You need to block bots from submitting forms. This can be done with two plugins. One that filters out access based on bad IP addresses and the second that blocks the bots if they get bast the IP filter. I do this on all of my Wordpress sites and it has solved all of my spam issues. I could do that for you this afternoon if you are interested. I have 10+ years development experience with Wordpress. 15+ years development experience with PHP, MySQL and Javascript. Wrote my first web page way back in 1995.
