I have human poses defined by 21 keypoints (take a look on the attached skeleton to check the keypoint definition) and I want to show the poses in WebGL, with an avatar adjusted to the keypoints. The avatar may be like dummy3 from BabylonJS (). The poses contain just the position of the keypoints (or bones), but I can generate additional data if necessary, like poles or local basis for the bones. I would like to see something using the inverse kinematics of BabylonJS (), but other approaches are acceptable as well, as long as different avatars may be adjusted to the poses and the approach is fast.

...to me, the first thing you should indicate is your experience and access to 3ds max and iClone 7 or 8, and give me some detail on how you would like to approach the project. If you can specify the challenges you foresee, you are more likely to get awarded the project. I purchased this model, and need to convert it into something usable in iClone8. Right now the FBX export does not associate the bones to the model; it's basically not made for iClone 8. I can provide you the files. I would like to turn this into a prop/accessory in iClone 8 or CC4, to be attached to human character backs, to act as angel wings. Output from you would include: 1) FBX I can import into CC4 or iClone8, without embedded background, lights, cameras, etc.
