I own a small business called The Gnarl "[login to view URL]" I'm adding a new patented product to my line called "StashIt", in which I'd like someone to make for me professionally with the aid of 3D printing. The design has been perfected through Fusion360, printed, as well as tested with success. The most important priorities for these parts is that they have to be 100% waterproof and able to withstand water pressure submerged at 6ft deep without leaking (Cap and Base). The material for the Cap and Base need to be made out of PETG. The material for the Skirt needs to be made of flexible TPU. Please quote me for one sample as well as quantities of 50, 100, 300. Note that the retail price for this product will be $59.99, so the wholesale price for one assembly (3 parts) cannot be higher than $20. Please see STL files. Thank you, Eric Hinman The Gnarl

Dear Eric, I did look at your design, in fact I run a print simulation... and is not looking good! For the 3 parts you have, at a nozzle of 0.4, I end up with 50 hours of printing and a necessary of 330 grams of filament. I3d printing is great for prototyping, mass producing in your case... is not recommended, in my opinion! The cheapest 3d printing shop will charge you for your part... more than you can ask your customers for a fully functional unit! I run a simulation online and... you have 36.34 + 41.73 + 16.08 - EURO My strongly recommendation is to buy few 3d printers and run your own show... or to look in to plastic mold production! The design - You are say that part was tested successfully ... the design need revising ... and the final product is a nightmare in regard to clean all printing support! Good luck !

hello , I seen the attachment files , I use cinema 4d and zbrush for modeling , and can be precise , and offering price for making these kind of parts looks reasonable , hit me up if you want me to make some of them for you
