1) Website with flash elements and a flash header. No ecommerce, no complicated scripts or design. I have all text and images ready for the 10 pages needed. 2) MUST be easy to update for my employees who do not have website experience. Yet the site must be scalable, meaning that while I want it easy to use and updaye I don;'t what the features to be so limited that adding to the site in the future is difficult. 3) The site will have a top Navigation beneath the header and a Left Navigation with similar buttons. 4) I need a scrolling flash window in two places on the website. It will display text that is updated weekly.
