Custom CMS needs modifications

Hello biders, the website is a weather website that have been built on a unique php cms, its not too complicated, but there are many stuffs to control over my website. the modifications needed: 1. to add an ad box that i can control from my backend easily, to the top of the website, right next to the logo. 2. to move the Palestinian map to the left, (left:0), so we can make space between the right menu and the map. 3. add a slider next to the right menu, that takes 5 posts from specific category. 4. add another slider that i like (screenshot in the attachment) below the added slider in the point # 3 5. to make the degrees area right below the map to jquery, when someone click on a day, its fade in, instead of this current static area. 6. remove the bottom area between the gallery and the degrees of the days, and switch it with 6 blocks of ads that can be managed and controled easily from the back end.
