Deploy and configure WordPress website and write content - repost

I am looking for a talented web developer/designer with excellent English skills who has experience with WordPress and LAMP. I need you to be more than a designer and more than a developer, and successfully span the two worlds by having both design talent and expertise as well as CSS/HTML/JavaScript experience. In addition I am hoping you will act as a project manager as well. I need a worker who can take an idea and run with it with little handholding and guidance, determining what steps need to be accomplished and defining a user flow for the website (menu structure, graphics, etc.). Your first project will be to set up a new WordPress website from scratch and populate all the content. I expect you to be able to take bullet point notes, understand the fundamentals that need to be conveyed to website visitors, and convert the information into full-blown content pages along with explanatory graphics. Therefore your English writing skills and graphic design skills must both be excellent. Extensive experience with WordPress highly preferred. Experience with the Genesis plugin a big plus. At a minimum some basic LAMP skills are expected, or at least experience with Plesk or cPanel. When bidding for this project please explain why you think you would be great for it. Writing a few paragraphs in English will be helpful for me to gauge your language skill level. Please also provide examples of websites you have created in the past. I want to stress again that this is NOT a web design project, nor is it a web development project. I need a more complex experience level and skill set that will allow you to fill both of these roles, along with those of copywriter and project manager.
