I am looking for someone who knows CSS/HTML and can do simple editing of templates and existing files on an as needed basis. This is a webmaster position and I will have you editing/fixing various sites, updating templates, implementing APIs. You will not be responsible for any development from scratch. Not all of the skills asked are required, but the more you know the better. The first task will be to make some CSS/HTML changes on [login to view URL], like changing the background, fixing some of the design elements. I will pay hourly, and we will communicate over Skype.
