Cashback website with referral bonus feature.

Developer is required for a coupon + cashback based website. The background of this website to provide 100% of what the website will earn as a cashback to users who have registered on the website. The script for this website need to have referral bonus system (with specified timeline option, as to how long does a referral will get paid). Coupon would have to be updated almost daily, and therefore admin navigation should be easy as well. This website is meant for audience in India and therefore should be integrated to Indian specific affiliate system. Kindly note that affiliate networks like flipkart, pays varied payouts for different range of products. The scripts should be able to take that into account as well. Also there should be automatic integration, as in all the commission & cashback should get credited to the accounts of the users automatically. If pre-packed scripts like cashbackengine will suffice then I have no issues. All what I want is to integrate this to major Indian affiliate networks like Flipkart, Myntra, icubeswire, OMGPM, etc. Website should be optimized to run as quickly as possible in slow internet speeds as well, plus should be mobile friendly also. Theme/template has to be developed by the developer only. Developer should be wiling to support the project after it’s completion as well, since additions/modifications after successful implementation are required frequently due to nature of the project. Kindly note that there have been instances on freelancer where the developer asks for half of the payment in advanced without even starting working on the project.
