Convert BuddyPress based website to a customized prettier version

NOTE: I already have BuddyPress website created with 90% of features built in. I also have the design ready with all features described in a MS Word document. I am looking to hire a firm to beautify the current BuddyPress website and customize it for my needs within 30 days. High level Feature List of current private website: - Ability to sign up with email or with Facebook or Twitter login - Add profile info along with Photo - Ability to invite friends from Facebook, Twitter, Google+, email, etc - Ability to post updates that can be viewed by friends or entire community (as self or anonymously) - Ability for updates to include Photos and/or Videos - Ability to comment/like/share/hide/delete posts based on your viewing status (poster vs. not) - Ability to share posts on Facebook, Twitter, Google+, etc. - Ability to search friends, members, their posts and their profile (might need fine tuning) - Ability to send personal messages to members - Ability to get friends suggestions - Ability to un-friend or not view posts from specified members - Ability to add photos and videos Please DO NOT BID if you do not meet any of the following criteria: - You should be PHP, HTML, JS expert - You need to have history of creating Social Networking Websites - I WILL VERIFY ALL WEBSITES WITH REGISTRATION - SO PLEASE BE SERIOUS ABOUT IT - You need to be professional Project Manager that keep me informed on things good and bad - You need to have shown a history of delivering finished products on time - You are willing to promptly sign a Development Agreement and a Confidentiality/Non-Disclosure Agreement before ANY payment is made - You are willing to accept a penalty (to be deducted from final payment) for late delivery Milestones: 10% upon acceptance, 60% upon delivery of fully functional, error-free website deployed on my server, last 30% - 15 days after the deployment to ensure all bugs are fixed before making it available for use to public
