customer Web portal for Sugar CRM Lead records.

Records would be placed independently into a sugar CRM database – as “Lead type” records. A “web portal” needs to be created to allow clients to log in and view their own lead record within SuagrCRM (limited fields) displayed as a webpage. The webpages/portal/webform will have simple formatting consisting of just a single colour background and a few fields and labels on each page. 4 pages in total with a “Stage 1- stage 2 – stage3 and – 4 “progress bar at the top of each page. Clients will login to the portal and complete the webform. The form fields will be updated into the corresponding fields within the SugarCRM record. The final page will have an electronic signature field (similar to Docusign or Adobe Ecosign) – client will type in their name and it will be converted into a signature type graphic. The portal will then generate a PDF document complete based on the database/portal fields , and the signature imprinted on it. The pdf document will be saved within SugarCRM. Other than the authentication (username and password for each customer) and some business logic for forms, nothing is stored in the Portal - The customer portal should be constructed using either Joomla (preferred) or WordPress CMSs. - The SugarCRM database is already in an active production environment – fields and/or modules can be added or updated as required for integration with the portal.
