Project Description: Need a website built. The UI is already completed so it will greatly reduce your work load, mainly need the back-end programming done. - User login/registration There are two types of users, Mechanic and regular user. Mechanic accounts cannot be used until admin approval - Users post jobs Mechanics bid on these jobs. eg fix my car radiator - Messaging between users - Disputes - Users can leave ratings for mechanics User Panel - Manage Listings and Messages etc Admin Panel - Manage Users - Jobs - Withdrawl Requests Programming must be done in ASP.NET (VB) MVC. Programming is also partially completed. I will not give you a up-front payment at all, full payment will be given when the project is completed, no exceptions. If you are not ok with that do not bid. 100% milestone payment will be created and released once the project is near completion. Create entity models and w/e you need to make the site functional. Changes to the provided HTML might be needed. I require daily updates on progress, if you do not provide this and you go 48 hrs without an update i will cancel the project (i have done it before). You must have Skype, and a mic.

I design quality e-commerce sites like they are candy. However due to the low maintenance and high turnover rate, not to mention that this site has an entirely information based product I have to set the bid at at least $2000. To complete the project I would be using ASP.NET MVC 4 and SQLServer. The project would take two months to complete given my available schedule.
