We need a splash screen for our website with our logo that will tell users that our website is currently being updated, but if they would like to continue to the site they may by clicking a link. We also need for it to display a little bit of key information about what's being done, as well as have a small promotional blurb on it. It should be a fairly small and painless project. The text should be something along these lines, but if you can make it sound better, fantastic: We are in the process of updating our website to a new, more user-friendly design.
