Convert a Template to a Website

I'm running a small webdesign business and due to the recent increase in sales I'm looking for a freelance webdev (designer) to help me out. You'll be responsible to adapt templates that I buy on themeforest to the clients corporate identity. You'll receive a small checklist that we let our clients fill in (design preferences). Based on this and the source material that we receive (logo's and if we are lucky images) we'll build the design. Our clients aren't used to give detailed feedback regarding the design so be prepared to be working with minimal instructions. To 'spice' up the design you can use photos from [login to view URL] (we have an account there). Then, when the client approves the design your task will be to fill the website with the text that also will be provided. This text is in dutch and should be entered this way. But I expect you to make a machine translation so that you'll know what the text is all about. So, this way, you will be able to search for appropriate images that you can include. IMPORTANT: I don't want a copy-paster. I want someone who thinks! So not only copy the text into the design but think how you can make it look good!!! I can't stress this enough. So you'll need a bit of design skills. In the text document you'll also find the data that you'll have to enter in the Yoast SEO plugin meta fields of each page. We only purchase themes on themeforest where the Visual Composer (WP Bakery) is included. So any experience with this is a great benefit! I would love to find someone with who I can build a real business relationship. We build around 2-3 websites each month (it isn't my full time work). I've got some very bad experience with contacting freelancers on websites like these so before start working together I want to Skype and see some of your work. I'll also ask to verify your portfolio (I might ask to temporarily include a meta tag in the html to show you have access to the site). In the past I worked with freelancers who had a great portfolio but couldn't deliver which made me think it was a fake portfolio. I would love to work together with a Romanian webdev!!! For the right skills I'm willing to pay a fair price. But for starters I've set the fee at moderate.
