1. The website should look and feel professional. The attached mock up (home page & landing page) is just an example for ideas of layout. The site layout and graphics should be designed by the website designer and/or a graphic designer. A logo required as well. 2. The website needs to be scalable for multiple sellers as more sign up to use this service. For example, each seller will have their own website URL like this: [login to view URL] Each new seller will only be able to upload their logo and not change the look and feel of the website. 2. When a user name is typed into the box, then the website will automatically populate the dollars. While populating the dollars, make the jackpot reels spin for a few seconds and then show the $$$ like shown in the mock up. Below the $$$ reels, the site will populate the actual dollar amount available to redeem. 3. When a user clicks on the "redeem your dollars" button then the website will automatically populate the coupon code. 4. Until we have an API system worked out with ebay, the bidding activity will need to be manually uploaded via excel or csv file (see attached). The site can be refreshed every 24 hours by an administrator each time a new spreadsheet is uploaded. 5. Within the spreadsheet there is a formula that will provided by each seller that puts a monetary amount for each bid from one cent to how ever many dollars is input into the spreadsheet. For example, if someone makes 100 bids over a 30 day period and the formula is set to $1.00, then the user will get $100.00 dollars of credits that can be redeemed with the seller.
