In order to create a price for customers I need to collect a lot of data. Today that is done via Excel and I want to do it via the web and an app instead. The Excel document has all the fields required however I would also like to add some features. 1. an information pop up after each field so the user can get self help. 2. Need to have a unique quote number created for each rate request. 3. Need an email sent to rates_global@nfiindustries with fields from screen along with unique quote number. 4. When rate request is submitted display pop up window with message to user "Your request has been submitted, thank you for your business." In that same window display Rate Request#: 1234567.
