Super Admin will assign Admin to all the projects and admin will manage the payments for the respective projects. Actually I did my part your website is restored all plugins are updated and it's fully functioning properly. I'm trying to tell you the problem is with your host. The error's are coming from the database I mentioned earlier for some reason it won't allow table's to be deleted. This is a confirmed hosting issue. I created a new database to test and make sure I could delete tables and it worked so this is a specific error being caused by the host and the way they manage your databases. You need to contact them and let them know about this. There's no need for me to create a brand new database and try to re-install it fresh as the same problem most likely will represent itself.
