Instead of keeping the commision completely with us, they keep the part of the commision with themselves and share the rest with users from whom they got the leads. We also get coupons for the users to use which can be exttra saving for the user. Technically I do not want to share too many details at this point but I can give a short detail. We use exit clicks for each user click and based on the click we assoicate the sales and then commision is shared. About my website: I used an UK based company for developing my cashback website as I did not want the codebase to be floated by freelancers across India. I spent around 10000 USD for the website dev. Since I am from Chennai, I registered a pvt ltd company in India two years back and then hired legal lawyers to write terms and conditions and privacy policy of the website just to be sure nothing is missed out. I have also filed for trademark for my logo and slogan. For the past two years all the taxes are done and the company is legally compliant.
