I am working on something similar to [login to view URL] and I want you to help me develop something similar and mucg more attractive with good CMS. I have a hosting and domain with godaddy already. I will want to input some functionality which I will let you know as we proceed. I will prefer this light green colour for the whole design just as we have here [login to view URL] I will want you to adapt it to Nigerian economy: google map integration, currency (Naira), I will be using 4 cities now: LAGOS, ABUJA PORT HARCOURT AND IBADAN. I want to monetize this website by not enabling apartment searches to have direct contact of the owners. This will only be available to them when they pay for premium membership. Free member can only get the contact detail of only one house owner in his preferred location when he requests for owners contact. I will integrate a payment processor based in Nigeria, either [login to view URL] or UBA U-Collect. Also there will be a page for escrow service where owners can ask us to help them look for a tenant based on owner's criteria. We in this case we have 10 percent of the rent as service charge. this is also applicable to the tenant. A page for outright sale of property will also be there, and owners can list property and we broker the deal between owner and buyer. I will give more details when i get a quote. Thanks
