Hello! I understand it is essential that you have your data imported to your CRM system. What I would do is to create an API, which I have done before using Laravel. This is a platform which offers perfect capabilities to work as an online WebApp and be an API at the same time. Firstly I would build the design of the site. The look and feel should be amazing. Then we would integrate it into our Laravel CMS platform, where you would be able to change the content of the site. Then I would create an API which is connected to your CRM and the application form on the site. If you have a team we can work with them side-by-side on the CRM integration, otherwise, we would need some discussion about connecting the softwares. Sounds like: 1. a basic website with, 2. an application process. The basic website has the job of convincing people to fill out the application. The application is (might be) a form of any complexity, perhaps in several parts (get basic information, so they get their "account" first (and we get an email immediately) then perhaps additional sections are filled out. Get that email address, then get the rest. Then there's a process to import the application data into your CRM [customer relations management software? -- CRM has multiple meanings]. Do customers who fill out the form get an acknowledgement email? Do customers get a personal control panel? Can they log in later? Can they edit their profile, as built up from the questionnaire? What back-end (your side / administrator) panels / data do you want to see from these? Or will all that be handled by your crm? Those are some of the questions that occur to me right now.
