Build a Website

We are looking to have a subscription based website built for our new startup. An app will have to accompany it as well that can do many of the functions as the website such as sign up, upload projects, auction items, etc. It will have two parts to it. The first part will be job connection based website similar to bid clerk, but in a totally different industry and the second part will be an auction style website similar to eBay. We will be only targeting one specific industry with this startup. We want everything to be very user-friendly. Easier the better. They will need to be able to sign up and start using the site quickly. The job connection-based side of it will link vendors, service providers, independent contractors, etc to projects posted. The auction side of it selling equipment will need to be easy to upload pictures, prices, description, etc. The auction side of it will need a secure checkout using, credit card, PayPal, wire transfer option and everything will have to go into an escrow account of ours for 14 days until funds are released to the seller. The subscription-based side of it will need a place for vendors to upload their logo, description of their company, ability to go to their website, and anything and everything about their company. We would also like a free trial period set up until January 1st, 2017 for anyone and everyone that signs up before that. So, for example, if someone signs up on January 1st, 2016, then they will have an entire year free. If someone signs up December 5th, 2016, then they will only have 25 days free, etc. We want it to have one sign up for everyone and then they will be able to choose from seller, buyer, contractor or operator. One subscription will give you one username and password. We will want to track the amount of ip address linked to each username and password to make sure they are not giving them out to other people. There will be more to come as the project begins.
