Specification Employees are Health Staff Clients are Health Providers Agency provides employees to clients on request The Client login and posts jobs available on the system The system categorised the jobs according to grade, level, field, speciality and makes the job available to employees based on this criteria so the only relevant employees can see the job The job is also categorised on 1. Any employee can book themselves 2. Employees can indicate interest to the job then admin can decide Employee login and views posted jobs only relevant to them Employee chooses the job they want to work and book the job or indicate interest Admin looks at those interested for the job and allocates based on suitability The system informs the client job filled Job is removed from the posted list and logged as done. The job is then verified when married with the original time sheet signed by employee and client. Invoice with timesheet as invoice details is generated and sent to client via email Payslip is generated with timesheet as payslip details
