Following is the detailed requirement: We want an asterisk based system to be configured with SIP trunks. Apart from this, we want a web based Admin interface to perform following tasks : 1. Manage DIDs 2. Manage Channels 3. Manage Users 4. Authority to allot specific no. of channels to individual clients 5. Allot specific amount of minutes of calling for each client 6. Create missed call number 7. Enable/Disable Clients 8. See Call logs 9. Manage SIP Trunks We also need a web interface for our clients to perform following tasks: 1. See call logs (Only of his DID) 2. List and listen to call recordings 3. Download Call logs 4. Put account to sleep mode to stop forwarding calls at any point of the day (Must keep missed call records in this situation) 5. Add/Edit Agents 6. Call Routing (Multiple Algorithms like Knowlarity) 7. Sticky Agent (If a call is received by A on 1st Jan then if same client calls on 2nd Jan then it should forward to same number) 8. All Other Basic tasks as a user
