I can do this project in Drupal, Where all the content can be managed by you and you can upgrade the site in the future and it will provide you many possibilities for adding new features and functionalities. Also the I can make the site mobile friendly. All the functionalities that you have added will take more time to do in core php, or any other languages. But with Drupal, I can do all these things and I have experience in doing price comparison, advanced search and filtes with separate search api , if needed included with Apache solr search api etc. So you can provide this project, if any doubt, please contact me directly
