Build a Website realestate

Hello Guys, We need a realestate website readymade one, if anyone has developed in php and mysql in core with nice UI for front end and backend features will be simple as below: Admin: for CMS pages/ For property upload / Agent creation/ Simple user management Property can be any type like Bilding/Apartment/Villa/Land/Commercial/Shop etc etc And features can be like No of Badroom/ LivingRoom / pool etc means these amenity should be editable means admin should create on his own Every property address will be there and reference mark Property can be shown on google map as pointer Property should be searchable Means all basic information and features should be there Simple user can see and search property. He can not see agent information. Until he register After register user can upload the property same way as admin does Simple agent also can upload property and manage his profile We need simple ways of doing this all in core php. If you have readymade code and show me on demo url on IP Based If i like features i will buy the code and all. But remember things should be customizable means should be in Core PHP so that later we can add more features or we can change GUI etc as we need. Design should be responsive.
