Build a domain registration system

Design and build a domain name (DNS) registration system. The system will host NS records only. No A, MX, CNAME etc. will be allowed. Something like www . mindsandmachines . com It should allow for: WHOIS Registration Account overview (which domains are registered) NS record checking (NS's need to be configured prior to registration being accepted) Contact verification (Registrant, Admin, Tech and Registrar contacts) DNSSEC DS key rotation IPv4 and IPv6 compliant Update/edit and removal of records Admin section to view, approve, reject and modify records/domains/contacts Facebook login/verification should be allowed (linked to Registrant) System should be modularised and should link to MySQL (MariaDB). Procedural and not OO. Site should be rather plain and use Bootstrap/CSS3. VERY IMPORTANT: Access to the hosting server is NOT available. Project should be completed locally and files uploaded to Freelancer to verify. JUST AS IMPORTANT: If you're using an IDE, ensure it does NOT include frameworks such as Zend, Smarty, Symphony etc. PHP code should be native 5.6+ or 7.0+ (only stable!) UBER IMPORTANT: No extra classes/frameworks etc. will be allowed. If you can't work native PHP (without extra frameworks, classes etc.) don't bid on this job - it will NOT be accepted. Extra notes: Payment integration not required for this phase. If all goes well, a second project will be started for PayPal/BitPay integration. External JSON API (to register domains without the web portal) will be requested at a later date.
